Rev. Vincent Jairus Agoi is a seasoned leader and strategic facilitator with over 30 years of diverse experience in leadership development across the non-governmental and faith-based sectors. He brings a deep passion for empowering individuals and strengthening communities through collaborative and sustainable approaches to his role at Echoes of Mercy Mission.
A Career of Strategic Partnership & Influence
Vincent is widely respected for his ability to build bridges and foster unity across denominations, institutions, and sectors. He currently serves as the Church Relations Director for Palau Africa. He has previously held key leadership roles, including National Coordinator for the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya and Emerging Young Leaders Africa. His leadership and insight are also sought at the national level, where he has contributed to advisory boards, peace-building think tanks, and multi-agency task forces focused on peaceful elections, integrity, and social cohesion.

With interdisciplinary training in Community Development from Daystar University in Kenya, Environmental Science from SIPU International in Sweden, and Theological Studies from institutions including International School of Ministry, Africa International University, Visions University, Duluth Bible International University, and Grace International Bible Institute, Vincent is uniquely equipped to nurture leaders who can respond to holistic community needs.
