Robert Ouko Goris is a committed and principled leader known for integrity, attentive listening and leadership by example. His leadership style fosters teamwork, accountability, and a shared vision for excellence and success.
Goris has served as a teacher since 2018 and has been the Deputy Principal of Echoes of Mercy Christian School since 2019 to date, where he provides quality leadership that has strengthened academic performance and significantly improved discipline among both teachers and students. In addition to his role in education, he serves as a pastor at Echoes of Mercy Church, where he faithfully preaches the Word of God, shepherds the people of God, and builds a Christ-centered community.
He is deeply committed to teaching sound biblical truth, nurturing spiritual growth, and promoting practical Christian living. Goris is widely known for his compassionate leadership, strong pastoral care, and a heartfelt commitment to prayer. His approach to leadership is rooted in collaboration, humility, service, and guiding others with wisdom and compassion.
Academically, Goris attended Busia Teachers Training College, where he earned a Certificate in Education, and subsequently Nyabururu Teachers Training College, where he obtained a Diploma in Education. He is currently registered in the Faculty of Arts and Management at Mount Kenya University, pursuing further studies to strengthen his leadership and professional capacity.
